However, the weather was bad enough to force SpaceX to abandon a Starlink launch plan. SpaceX announced on Thursday they were looking at a 9:00 a.m. time for the launch time on Friday. This follows two launches on Wednesday and Tuesday.
The launch on Friday was postponed until 9:01 pm before being moved to 9:15pm. With only a few minutes remaining, SpaceX cleaned up its latest launch attempt.
A SpaceX tweet stated that the launch team was anticipating its next launch attempt scheduled for 8.43 p.m. on Saturday.
The launch attempt first took place on Tuesday, but the weather caused them to delay their launch on Wednesday evening.
The same story unfolded both nights of Wednesday and Thursday which led to a second launch attempt on Friday.
Falcon 9 Falcon 9 is planned to launch out of Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and will carry a payload comprising 54 Starlink satellites.
